SIDE BODY SUPPORT: MYOFASCIAL RELEASE

In this class we’ll move into the side body with a fluid balance of strengthening and lengthening movements. Expect to start and end class with a touch of myofascial release work (grab your tennis balls and enjoy a moment of self-massage) to wake up the tissues. We’ll explore all ends of our mats, flowing one breath per movement and progressing towards a spiral variation of side plank!
