Studio Liability Waiver and Release

At House of Flow, we prioritize the safety and well-being of our students and instructors. Please read the following carefully before participating in any of our classes, workshops, or events.
Assumption of Risk: I understand and acknowledge that participating in yoga and fitness activities, including but not limited to yoga classes, meditation, and any other activities offered by House of Flow, involves a risk of personal injury, illness, and property damage. I am aware that these activities may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge of the potential risks involved.
Waiver of Liability: I hereby agree to assume all risks and responsibility for any injuries, illnesses, or damages I may sustain while participating in House of Flow classes, workshops, or events. I release House of Flow, its instructors, staff, and all related parties from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, now or in the future, for any injury, illness, or damage resulting from my participation.
Medical Considerations: I am aware that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician before participating in any physical activity at House of Flow. I confirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent my safe participation in these activities. I will inform the instructor of any medical conditions or physical limitations that may affect my participation.
Conduct and Safety: I agree to abide by the rules, policies, and guidelines established by House of Flow. I understand that any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in my removal from the class, workshop, or event without refund.
Photography and Media: I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during House of Flow classes, workshops, or events for promotional, marketing, or educational purposes without compensation. I understand that my image may be used in print materials, online, and on social media.
COVID-19 and Infectious Diseases Waiver: I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and other infectious diseases and voluntarily assume the risk that I may be exposed to or infected by attending House of Flow classes, workshops, or events. I agree to follow all health and safety protocols established by House of Flow and understand that non-compliance may result in my removal from the activity.
Participation by Minors: If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the legal guardian or parent of the participant and agree to all terms outlined in this Liability Waiver and Release on their behalf. I accept full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages associated with their participation.
Emergency Medical Treatment: In the event of an emergency, I consent to receiving medical treatment deemed necessary by House of Flow staff or emergency responders. I understand that I am responsible for all associated medical costs.
Use of Equipment and Facilities: I understand and agree that I am responsible for using all equipment and facilities at House of Flow safely and appropriately. I release House of Flow from any liability arising from misuse of equipment or facilities.
Severability: If any provision of this Liability Waiver and Release is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Governing Law: This Liability Waiver and Release is governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict of law principles.
No Refunds: I understand that payments for classes, workshops, or events are non-refundable, even if I am unable to participate due to injury, illness, or removal for conduct violations.
Electronic Agreement: By registering for any House of Flow class, workshop, or event, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to this Liability Waiver and Release. My electronic acceptance or participation serves as my signature and agreement to these terms.
I have read and understand this Liability Waiver and Release, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. By participating in any House of Flow class, workshop, or event, you acknowledge and agree to this waiver and release of liability. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not participate in our activities.
