Born from resilience and a shared love for yoga, Digital Flows is the creation of Erica Chen and Grant Henry, two yoga teachers who first met in a yoga studio and later married. Their connection on the mat blossomed into a partnership in life and business, transforming challenges into a groundbreaking platform for yoga and meditation.
When the pandemic upended lives worldwide, Erica and Grant, like so many others, were forced to pivot. Leaving behind the fast pace of New York City, they moved to Arizona in search of family connections, open space, and sunshine. Faced with starting over, they joined countless yoga and fitness instructors in embracing the shift to online teaching during one of the most challenging times in recent history.
With Grant’s expertise in video production (he holds a master’s degree in Film & Technology), they envisioned a platform unlike anything else in the yoga world. Their goal was to create a true community—not just another catalog of classes featuring only the "perfect" teachers with big social media followings. Instead, Digital Flows highlights real instructors from diverse backgrounds, representing the vast spectrum of people who practice or aspire to learn yoga. It’s a space where everyone feels seen and included, free from the pressure of performing the unattainable poses often glorified on social media. But their vision didn’t stop there.
Digital Flows redefines what an online yoga platform can be.
Beyond the usual on-demand classes, Erica and Grant introduced immersive courses, one-day virtual retreats for those unable to justify the cost of in-person yoga retreats, and innovative challenges like BREATHE and JOURNEY. These weeklong programs feature teachers from across the country, showcasing the incredible talent found everywhere—not just in big cities or exclusive circles.
Beginning in February, Grant’s passion for children’s yoga takes center stage as House of Flow expands. The platform will feature Yogie Land, a magical musical yoga program for kids aged 6 months to 5 years. Offering full classes, meditations, and interactive games, Yogie Land brings the joy of movement and mindfulness to the youngest students, creating a one-of-a-kind, family-friendly experience.
Looking ahead, Digital Flows envisions even more unique offerings: classes, trainings, and content tailored to people of all ages, backgrounds, and languages. Erica and Grant dream of making this the go-to destination where yoga and meditation journeys begin—and continue for a lifetime.
With Digital Flows, they’ve created more than a platform—they’ve built a movement. It’s a welcoming community where everyone, no matter where they start, can find connection, growth, and inspiration on the mat and beyond.
