Classic Flows: This 75-minute class is our signature offering, showcasing the heart and creativity of each teacher. With sequences thoughtfully crafted by the instructor, Classic Flows brings a fresh experience to each session, blending both fluid and alignment-based postures with mindful transitions, drawing inspiration from an array of different yoga lineages.

Community Flows: These sliding-scale classes bridge the gap between teacher training and confident, experienced instruction. Led by mentees in our mentorship program, these teachers have completed their 200-hour training and are stepping into the next phase of their journey. Some have already begun teaching, while for others, this is their first opportunity to regularly lead classes in a studio setting. Each 65-minute class follows the spirit of our Classic Flows, allowing mentees to develop their teaching voice while crafting thoughtful, creative sequences. With guidance and feedback from our senior teachers, these sessions provide a supportive space for emerging instructors to refine their skills and grow as teachers.

Flows by Erica Chen: This 75-minute class draws inspiration from a variety of yoga lineages, including Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Katonah, and Hatha, as well as Erica’s background in dance. Each session offers a balanced and dynamic flow that engages the mind, body, and spirit, blending alignment, creative sequencing, and mindful movement. Flows by Erica Chen are both challenging and accessible, with sequencing unlike any other class you’ve experienced, inviting you to explore new depths in your practice.

Inversion Flows: This 90-minute class is designed for students looking to build confidence, strength, and technique in inversions and arm balances. Each week, we explore postures ranging from foundational poses like crow to more advanced balances such as handstands and forearm stands. With a focus on drills, alignment, and mobility, this class provides the dedicated time needed to break down these postures beyond what’s possible in a regular vinyasa class. Through strength-building exercises, core engagement techniques, and mindful flow progressions, students will learn how to safely enter, exit, and refine these challenging poses. Expect personalized guidance, the use of props, and a supportive group environment to explore and overcome fears. Whether you’re just beginning your inversion journey or looking to refine your skills, this class creates the space to develop balance, body awareness, and the confidence to take your practice upside down.

Power Flows: This faster-paced, 75-minute class delivers a challenging and invigorating vinyasa experience designed to build strength, flexibility, and mental focus. Expect creative, flowing sequences that keep you moving and motivated, empowering you with a sense of achievement and vitality. Power Flows are perfect for those who love a challenge and want to deepen their practice with dynamic, engaging movement that pushes boundaries while fostering growth.

Wake Up Flows: Our early-morning vinyasa class is crafted to help you step into your day with clarity, purpose, and a centered mind. Wake Up Flows focus on awakening the body and mind through sequences that promote both movement and mindfulness. This class encourages you to connect with your breath, open up the body, and create a positive foundation for the rest of your day, leaving you feeling refreshed and uplifted.
