This Power Flows is centered around the shoulder complex, which is believed to hold the energies of expectations and confidence, and the lungs believed to house the energies of attachments to the past such as worry and sadness. As we move through the shoulders, opening space to breathe freely, we will build to Eagle Pose, a posture that is built through summoning core strength and attention to the midline. This inquiry of this practice invites us to acknowledge what we need to support ourselves in the present moment, and also to acknowledge what we can offer of ourselves to our communities and the collective.
