LOW + GROUNDED

This Mini Flow is done entirely on the ground, transitioning from seated postures to reclined postures. We'll find lots of side body and hip opening using minimal effort, eventually transitioning towards rest. This practice is especially great for days when you're feeling low on energy, or are looking for a restorative, easeful, full-body wind down.
