In this Express Flows, we’ll reset the shoulders, open up the side seams of the body, and mobilize the hips to create a steady and integrated spine for backbending and heart-opening. By focusing on the alignment of the upper arms, we’ll also build strength in the upper back and shoulders, helping to relieve neck tension.
