Class begins full circle, moving through a mandala flow with an emphasis on spinal twists and external rotation of the hips. We’ll build a grounding standing series that leads to a surprise and lesser-known arm balance! Expect to move your body in all planes of motion and potentially surprise yourself with the arm balance.
