EAGLE BOUND HEADSTAND

This practice focuses on shoulder and core strengthening to support and stabilize the body in sirsasana (headstand). I will be guiding you through a challenging entrance into an eagle-bound variation of headstand. I encourage you to use a wall for support if you are not comfortable finding this variation in the middle of the room.
