SLIDING STRENGTH

In this practice, we're playing with slow, controlled strength. We'll explore sliding in and out of postures like High Lunge, Warrior 2, and movements like Sun Salutations, cat/cow, and handstand prep. We'll round it out with some sweet restorative postures to close. You can expect some fun, challenging work followed by well-earned slowing down!
