This Mini Flow is an ideal standing stretch when you want to fit some movement into your day, but aren't able to use the ground - think taking a few minutes at the office, outside, or in a tight space. We'll energize the legs and stretch out the shoulders, chest, neck, back, and hips. You only need yourself and a little bit of room around you - no props or mat required!
