We will focus on the revolved postures of Yoga, supported by the inquiry of processing the day and releasing what we need to let go of. Flowing creates opening the sides of he body and hamstrings for a gentle build to Revolved Pyramid (Parivrtta Parsvottanasana) and Seated Spinal Twist (Ardha Matsyendrāsana).
