RESTING IN OURSELVES

Oftentimes, we lean into rest as an escape from tension, and even from ourselves. In this Restorative Flows, we explore resting in ourselves and our ability to create what we need for that rest. Practice opens with a short visualization and breathing practice, followed by some gentle movement that remains close to the earth. Restorative holds are centered on the anatomy and energetics of the hip complex and pelvic floor.
