Before starting this retreat, we encourage you to carve out at least 5-6 hours out of a day that you have selected and committed to doing the retreat. We advise starting the retreat in the early morning before eating (coffee & tea is okay). If possible - please put your phone and computer on Do Not Disturb, turn off notifications for the duration of the retreat, and really use this time to connect back to yourself, not the outside world.

Palo santo ethically sourced from One Love Holistics

Light the palo santo with a candle, lighter or matchstick and hold the stick downward at a 45-degree angle. Let the stick burn for up to one minute. Blow it out and walk through the space you will be practicing in today, allowing the smoke to waft through the room, cleansing it of negative energy. Place the stick on a heatproof dish to let it burn.

Selenite Crystal

Your selenite crystal stick clears negativity, and cleanses and purifies your environment. It is a very versatile stone because it enhances clarity and focus while creating a sense of calm. It has the power to cleanse and charge other crystals and gemstones. Throughout the retreat, you might hold the selenite in your hand while meditating, place it on your mat, or even place it on any part of the body that is tight or has discomfort, perhaps in savasana.

Essential Oil Roll on Blend using doTERRA essential oils

Your essential oil blend is mixed with fractionated coconut oil and geranium, lavender, and ylang ylang essential oils. You can roll it on your wrists, or anywhere else on your body that speaks to you, at any point throughout the day! This particular blend helps with stress and anxiety, allowing you to feel at peace.
