RULES

  • BREATHE (TUCSON) will be available on the House of Flow website starting Sunday, February 19.

  • During this week, you can complete the seven meditation and breathwork classes at your own pace. To be eligible for the prize raffle, you must finish all classes by 11:59pm EST on Friday, February 24.

  • If necessary, you can fast forward to the end of the video for the password needed to continue

  • Best viewing experience is on a laptop or desktop computer

  • The classes have been carefully organized and are password-protected. Once you finish a class, you'll see a title screen with the password to access the next one.

  • After the final class, you'll receive the password to access the raffle page, where you can enter your personal information to be entered into the prize drawing.
