In this practice we begin building our sequence from the ground up using the support of the floor to open the 6 major joints in the body. By establishing leg muscle activation and hip stability we progress into standing postures leading us into Wheel pose progression.

We'll awaken our inner thighs in this well-rounded practice. You can expect to both lengthen and strengthen the adductor muscles, with opportunities for twists, backbends, and arm balances.
