Welcome to the Poconos.
In this day-long virtual retreat, we'll practice with the lush and beautiful Poconos mountains and surrounding areas as our backdrop. As we are currently in the season of Late Summer, we are beginning to slow down and get organized after a fiery and chaotic Summer - returning to a place of grounding and preparing ourselves for the Fall season. Join Erica Chen in these different practices that will give you space to tune inwards, create access and stability in the body, and allow you to clarify your vision for the upcoming season.

Thank you for being a part of the Poconos Virtual Retreat. Whether you've participated in all our offerings or just selected one, we hope you enjoyed this unique virtual experience. The beauty of retreats, in-person or virtual like this one, is that we curate the schedule but it is ultimately up to you how to proceed. Each person derives distinct values and outcomes from a retreat, and this should be no exception. Our aim in creating this virtual retreat was to provide you with an escape from the daily grind and the chance to connect with a global community of individuals seeking a well-deserved break, just like you. We hope we've succeeded in this endeavor, and we await your feedback as we continue to refine this experience for our valued members at House of Flow.
Thank you for joining us in the Poconos, & we hope you've enjoyed this virtual retreat as much as we loved creating it.
