Before starting this retreat, we encourage you to carve out at least 5-6 hours out of a day that you have selected and committed to doing the retreat. We advise starting the retreat in the early morning before eating (coffee & tea is okay). If you can, put your phone and computer on Do Not Disturb, turn off notifications for the duration of the retreat, and really use this time to connect back to yourself, not the outside world.
