This short meditation incorporates yogic eye exercises that have the potential to strengthen and condition the muscles in your eye structure. The eye movements within this short practice involve focusing on objects close at hand and far away while moving your eyes from the left, upward, to the right, and downward. These focused movements and muscle training decrease eye strain, especially if one spends considerable time in front of screens. Please take 5 minutes and reduce stress by stimulating and strengthening the muscles that move your eye.
